Here is the beginnng of the "Quicksilver" arc of Teen Titans: Future Storm, which focuses on Mercury and features a boatload of Flash-related characters, both canon and original. Also, it's inspired somewhat by Chain Lightning and more so by The Dark Flash Saga.
